35% (120 volume) food grade hydrogen peroxide, water
Infection: take 5 drops mixed in half a glass of water or juice up to 5 times daily. Always best to start on a low dosage and slowly work up the dosage. Take maximum dosage until the infection is cleared up.
Pineapple is high in catalase enzyme, which helps to break down hydrogen peroxide. It would therefore be good to have fresh pineapple or its juice about an hour after ingesting the hydrogen peroxide. Don't mix the hydrogen peroxide in the pineapple juice, it should be taken at least an hour apart.
Those with a genetic polymorphism in the Glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPX1) gene, might find that they struggle to tolerate hydrogen peroxide, since this enzyme is needed to reduce hydrogen peroxide to water.
Warning: 35% Hydrogen peroxide is very strong and always needs to be diluted. Never take it neat or apply to the skin in undiluted form.
Nebulising: Use 3% hydrogen peroxide neat to nebulise. To dilute the 35% hydrogen peroxide down to around 3%, add 1 part to 10 parts water, for example 5ml 35% hydrogen peroxide to 50ml purified water.
Mouthwash: gargle with 1 drop to a ¼ glass of water. Swish in the mouth and back of throat for 20 seconds and spit out.
To get rid of pesticides: put 5 drops in a bowl (doesn’t really matter what size), fill with water and add your veggies or fruits to the bowl and leave to soak for 10 – 15 minutes.
For sanitising: ratio is 10 drops to 100 ml in a spray bottle.
