Not recommended for persons younger than 16years, pregnant or breastfeeding, with kidney disease, following a magnesium restricted diet. Do not take for longer than one week. This product should be used for occasional constipation, and not chronic conditions.
Take 2 capsules in the evening before bedtime to aid bowel movements. Dosage can be gradually increased or decreased if necessary.
