Black cumin oil is made from the seeds of the Nigella Sativa plant. Conditions which will benefit from regular ingestion of the oil:

• Allergies, asthma and eczema
• Blood pressure
• Anxiety and tension
• Yeast infections
• Infections, such as cold, flu and Helicobacter pylori
• Headaches
• Digestive problems and diarrhoea
• Inflammation and joint pain
• Anti-aging and good for skin and hair health

250 ml pure black cumin seed oil

As maintenance, take 1 tsp daily. For therapeutic action, take 1 tsp twice daily with meals. 

Keep refrigerated and use within 2 months of opening. Do not heat and not suitable for baking or frying.
