Black cumin oil is made from the seeds of the Nigella Sativa plant. Conditions which will benefit from regular ingestion of the oil:
- Allergies, asthma and eczema
- Blood pressure
- Anxiety and tension
- Yeast infections
- Infections, such as cold, flu and Helicobacter pylori
- Headaches
- Digestive problems and diarrhoea
- Inflammation and joint pain
- Anti-aging and good for skin and hair health
250 ml pure black cumin seed oil
As maintenance, take 1 tsp daily. For therapeutic action, take 1 tsp twice daily with meals.
Keep refrigerated and use within 2 months of opening. Do not heat and not suitable for baking or frying.
