A chemical-free natural soap, made with love and the greatest care, from the heart of the Karoo. The soap is biodegradable, plant based and are not tested on animals. The soap is ethically made, by hand and in small batches.
The soap is made using the cold process method, which allows for more gradual saponification. The soap 'cure' for 4 to 6 weeks, which results in a firm bar of soap, which will last longer during use. Because of the natural oils used, the soap is very hydrating and moisturising.
Spekboom is a succulent best known for its carbon absorbing ability. Spekboom also has skin healing properties and was used by bushmen to heal and sooth. The spekboom is locally and naturally grown and hand processed.
