Winter Tonic

dairy-free; gluten-free & yeast-free

Not feeling well? Headaches? Cold? Cough? Flu? Stomach Bug?

Into a mug

3 thin slices fresh ginger root
juice of ½ lemon
one clove freshly chopped garlic
pinch of cayenne/chilli and a little turmeric (anti-bacterial and liver cleansing).
Add boiling water and steep for about 10 min.
Add 1 teaspoon raw honey

Drink slowly and go straight to bed.

In acute cases repeat every three hours.
