Serves 4 to 5
flesh of ½ ripe avocado
Place all the ingredients in a power blender and blend until smooth. Thin down with more water if necessary.
- Add a handful of pitted dates
- Add ½ cup coconut milk or cream
- Add 1 tbsp of your favourite green superfood, such as moringa powder
